1. A new retailer required the development of their initial concept and full fit-out of their flagship store. Our scope of works included a complete shop-front replacement - incorporating a high-impact window display - flooring, decoration, electrical and lighting installation. Given its shopping centre location, we also undertook all liaison with the centre management team including planning permission and Health and Safety submissions.
2. A beautiful grade II listed building, with a stunning beamed structure presented a unique set of challenges in creating a modern, fresh space for a ladies-wear boutique. Our client needed to attract new clientele and entice designers to supply their latest clothing lines. Through consultation with the planning officer, and considerable attention to preserve the building’s features, we delivered a turnkey solution within 6 weeks.
