Value-engineering

We pride ourselves on our in-depth knowledge of a wide range of production processes and material types. This knowledge enables us to work according to our clients' budgets through identifying the best way to achieve the required appearance and functionality. By exploring opportunities to value-engineer existing or new designs, we work with our clients to retain the desired result without compromising on quality.

Examples

1. As a distributor of electrical products, our client wanted to create an eye-catching, versatile display unit for a new road safety device in car showrooms and electrical retail stores. The original concept incorporated an extruded steel frame to mirror a luxury sports car. Given the tooling costs and the expense of the production process this was not a viable option. Our solution utilised an innovative silver sparkle paint applied to a curved MDF structure. Having successfully reached a viable cost, the unit was rolled out to over 500 locations throughout the UK.
