Nigel Jones

Managing Director

A Chartered Engineer, Nigel was recruited as a Management Consultant by PA Consulting soon after graduation. He later joined Harris & Sheldon Plc (at that time the largest interior fitters in Europe), progressing to Director. He subsequently moved to Church & Co, Swindon, as Managing Director, and, in 1984, founded JDS Group.

He oversees all aspects of the Redlake business and drives the company forward.

Nigel’s infectious enthusiasm does not go unnoticed. As passionate about the business today as ever and just as ambitious, Nigel remains focused on the future in driving excellence through each of our core service offerings.

Paul has built up a strong reputation over his 25 years in the industry, initially learning his trade as a skilled carpenter and joiner and then gaining valuable knowledge and experience along his career path working for AOC Interiors, Format Interiors, The JDS Group and now the Redlake Group.

Simon Bell

Creative Director

As creative lead for Redlake Group, Simon has great experience in spatial and product design. Originally qualifying in graphics, he has over 18 years in retail and exhibition design. He now heads a team of designers covering interior, product, graphic and exhibition design. As a conceptualist he is involved at all levels of design and development, working closely with procurement. Simon balances high levels of design excellence with maintaining value for money in a constantly changing market.
